Shipping Policy


Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing before your order is shipped. During promotional or sales periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days (average)
  • International: 7–15 business days (average)

Remote areas may take up to 30 days. Natural disasters, holidays, weather, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. GoodsoraHub does not guarantee exact delivery times; shipping issues are the carrier’s responsibility.

Disclaimer

Ownership of packages transfers to the buyer once handed to the carrier. We ensure packages are in good condition before shipping, but we are not responsible for delays, lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery by the carrier, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Tracking Information

We provide tracking for every order once it ships. Tracking can be accessed via the Track Your Order page on our website. Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers worldwide.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors, family members, roommates, or your property manager. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider the order fulfilled. GoodsoraHub cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

U.S. Customers

  • USPS may mark packages as delivered prematurely—allow one business day.
  • Contact your local USPS post office (not the hotline) for quicker assistance.
  • If still missing, file a claim with USPS.

International Customers

  • Check for a notice from your local post office or customs.
  • Contact your local post office or customs office for details.

High-Risk Orders

For security, orders flagged as high-risk may require verification via email or SMS. Such orders will not ship until verification is complete. Failure to respond may lead to cancellation.

COVID-19 Policy

Due to COVID-19, additional transit delays may occur. These delays are outside our control and cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or refund.

Cancellations

Due to fast processing, cancellations are generally not accepted. If you contact us within 24 hours, we may accommodate your request with a $5 cancellation fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For assistance, email info@goodsorahub.com.

Incorrect Address & Damaged Items

If your address is incorrect, notify us immediately at info@goodsorahub.com. If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo; we will arrange a replacement.

International Shipping Policy

International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees—these are the buyer’s responsibility. GoodsoraHub is not liable for customs-related delays or costs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
