Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@goodsorahub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it’s placed. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel. After this window, once the item ships, you must follow the return process. In rare cases we may cancel after shipping; a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company and bank—posting times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email info@goodsorahub.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, contact info@goodsorahub.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
